个人简介

钟灵，西南财经大学1277星际官网入口副教授。2013年毕业于 Swarthmore College，获经济学与数学学士学位，2019年获 Yale University 经济学博士学位。曾任长江商学院经济学助理教授。主要研究领域为劳动经济学、教育经济学和人事经济学，研究内容涉及高等教育的人力资本回报、劳动力市场、企业人力资源管理以及人工智能与组织变革等。研究成果发表于Journal of Labor Economics、Labour Economics、Research in Labor Economics等学术期刊。现任Industrial Relations: A Journal of Economy and Society Associate Editor，同时担任耶鲁大学经济系和德国劳动经济研究所（IZA）研究员。
